How FOUNDERPAID works
One rule: a coin is about a company, a founder or a project, and its trading fees are paid to whoever that is. Everything below is how that is arranged so it cannot quietly stop being true.
1 · The launch
Coins are created on StonkFun through Raydium LaunchLab, paired against SOL, with no transfer tax. The pool carries StonkFun's platform id, so the coin gets a StonkFun token page, chart and fee ledger like any other coin there.
What is ours is the creator of that pool. Instead of one shared wallet, each coin's creator is a vault generated from its own mint address. That is what makes a coin's fees provably its own, and it means money owed to one recipient can never be mixed up with another's.
2 · Collecting, two ways
StonkFun forwards the creator's share of the pool fee — 0.5% of every trade, being half of its 1% pool fee — to that vault, and we sweep it from there.
Underneath, those fees accrue on chain in Raydium's creator-fee vault, keyed by the pool's creator. Since every coin here has a unique creator, that account belongs to exactly one coin and we can claim it directly, signing with the coin's own key. So if the forwarding ever stops, the recipient still gets paid.
3 · Who gets paid
The launcher names an X account, and it goes into the coin's description as Fees to @handle via FOUNDERPAID, so anyone reading the coin can see who it is for. The recipient does not have to agree, know in advance, or hold a wallet.
4 · The split
Every collection divides the same way. There is no tier and nothing to negotiate.
- 80% to the named handle, in USDC on Solana.
- 5% to the wallet that launched the coin, in SOL, for as long as it trades.
- 15% to the protocol, at
7P48uP5gpbzMHsR7Lhx8X26HgCFJctQaiqy8cjY4w6TR.
A coin launched by us rather than by a user has no launcher, and that share goes to the protocol. Fees are collected on a schedule rather than per trade, because collecting per trade would spend more in network fees than it gathered on a quiet coin.
5 · Getting paid
Link a wallet once from the claim page: connect the wallet you want to be paid in, get a one-time code, post it from the handle, paste the link to that post. After that, whenever the balance crosses $5 it is swapped to USDC and sent automatically, including for coins launched later.
6 · Where the money sits in the meantime
Between a collection and a payout, what you are owed sits in the platform wallet. The reserves page reads that wallet on chain and compares it with every balance owed, per handle, so you can check at any moment that the money is really there. Every payout has a public receipt with the transaction that made it.
7 · What we refuse
The launch form resolves the handle on X first and refuses accounts that do not exist or are suspended, and accounts under 1,000 followers that carry no business or government verification. A handle that has opted out cannot be launched for at all.
What we cannot do is undo a coin that already exists. Nobody can, and that is the same property that makes the money we promise a recipient real rather than a favour we could withdraw.
8 · Costs
Launching costs 0.05 SOL plus network and metadata costs, and StonkFun charges nothing on this path. Trading costs the pool's 1% fee, half of which is the creator share that ends up here.
9 · Risk
A coin launched here is not endorsed by the company it names, is not equity, and is not a claim on anything. Buying one is speculation and you can lose everything you put in. Nothing on this site is investment advice.
